Western Catskills Guide
Over President's Day Weekend, some girlfriends and I traveled upstate to the Western Catskills to celebrate my brithday. As much as I may find NYC overwhelming, its at least worth it for its proximity to the Catskills.
This weekend we stayed at an Airbnb in Andes, NY. I picked this location out cause it was somewhere new, but still close enough to the restaurants that I know and love and wanted to frequent!
For dinner our first night, we went to Brushland Eating House in Bovina. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the Western Catskills and a must visit if you're around!
Saturday Morning, we grabbed a quick brunch at Two Old Tarts before strolling around Andes. We came across Stephanie Charlene's Ceramic Store which was so beautiful and it was really cool to check out her studio with Haim playing in the background. We checked out the Andes General Store, Kabinett & Kramer, and Clementine Vintage Clothing.. Can't recommend getting lost in Andes enough...
After strolling down Andes' main street, we decided to go for a drive over to Scribner's Lodge in Hunter after hearing about the Phoenicia Flea. What. a. VIBE. Those Aprés ski feels were STRONG, complete with Veuve Cliquot bar and fondue overlooking Hunter Mountain.
After playing some games, drinking some drinks and relaxing by the fire, we headed over to dinner at Table on Ten. Table on Ten is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots in NY period. Maybe ever. And then we headed over to Wayside Cider and hung out with some locals!
All in all. Good Times.
